APIN is live in the Garden City, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, for the 39th Annual Scientific Conference of the Association of Public Health Physicians of Nigeria (APHPN).
This year’s theme is Public Health Practice: New Opportunities and New Challenges. As an organization, we are committed to adding to and increasing the available body of knowledge in the Public Health space by sharing our experience in research, programme design, implementation & management and strategic information and data.

Our CEO, Dr Prosper Okonkwo delivered his goodwill message in the opening ceremony. He also co-chaired the APIN-sponsored plenary session on “Enhancing collaboration between program implementers and university reseachers for improved public health outcomes.

Our very own Prof. B.S.C. Uzochukwu (Member, APIN Board of Directors), Dr Olabanjo Ogunsola (Associate Director of Prevention & Community Services) and Dr Oluseye Ajayi (Project Manager) served as panelists in the plenary session.
