APIN At The 2025 Africa Digital Health Summit (ADHS)

APIN proudly participated in the 2025 Africa Digital Health Summit (ADHS) held in Lagos, joining leaders, researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the continent to chart a bold course for digital innovation in health.

As proud sponsors of Track 3: National Leadership and Strategic Partnerships for Driving Digital Health Transformation, we shared key insights from our PHIS3 project, which exemplifies our commitment to strengthening health systems through government-led digital health initiatives.

Our CEO, Prof. Prosper Okonkwo, opened our session by highlighting APIN’s role in championing digital transformation within Nigeria’s HIV response. He emphasized our strategic collaboration with government partners to drive sustainable, scalable solutions.

Also representing APIN was Dr. Olabanjo Ogunsola, Director of New Business Development & Non-Communicable Diseases, who joined other expert panelists to explore:

  • The importance of national leadership in shaping digital health strategy
  • Building sustainable collaboration among government, partners, and implementers
  • How PHIS3 is advancing integration and interoperability across systems

We were deeply honored to receive an Award of Recognition for our support and contribution to the success of the 5th Annual Digital Health Summit.

After two impactful days of dialogue, learning, and collaboration, we return from ADHS 2025 energized, inspired, and more committed than ever to transforming digital health systems in Nigeria and across Africa.
