It is World Tuberculosis Day 2023 and reports from our state teams are still rolling in!

Our teams in Benue and Plateau States joined other tuberculosis stakeholders and implementing partner organizations in a sensitization walk.

In addition to educating the public on tuberculosis in line with this year’s theme, chest X-ray screening and GeneXpert analysis for TB were provided to interested, eligible persons using Wellness on Wheels (WOW) trucks. APIN also provided HIV testing services for all persons who presented symptoms of TB!

This year’s World TB Day commemoration in Benue and Plateau States demonstrated that ending TB by 2030 is possible if we all get involved!
